1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered under the brand Paid Media With Jane and hosted on the Thinkific platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this document.
If you do not agree with any of the conditions described herein, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
The courses and materials provided by Paid Media With Jane are digital products made available online through the Thinkific platform.
Access is personal, non-transferable, and granted automatically upon payment confirmation.
3. Eligibility
Access to the courses is permitted only to individuals 16 years of age or older.
By registering, the user declares legal capacity and agrees to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information.
4. User Account
To access the content, the student must create an account on the Thinkific platform.
The student is solely responsible for:
– keeping login credentials confidential;
– not sharing access with third parties;
– immediately notifying the support team in case of unauthorized use.
Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
5. Support
Student support is provided through email and, when available, live chat or other optional communication channels. These optional channels may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time, with or without prior notice.
Email support remains available throughout the student’s access period and is considered the primary communication method.

6. Content, Brand, and Copyright
All course content—including videos, texts, slides, images, audio, and supplementary materials—is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of Paid Media With Jane.
The brand “Paid Media With Jane,” its logo, and visual identity are the exclusive property of Jane Audrei Vilas Boas Rosa ME.
Reproduction, distribution, resale, public display, or use of any material outside the platform without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in legal action under Brazilian law.
7. Free Preview Access
Free Preview access is offered solely as a demonstration for visitors who wish to explore how our content is presented. It is entirely free of charge, does not require any payment method, and does not obligate the visitor to make a purchase.
Visitors are welcome to explore at no cost — this is simply an opportunity to experience our teaching style, with no fees, no commitment, and no fine print.
8. Payments
Payments are completed via Thinkific and securely processed by Stripe, subject to their respective commercial terms and privacy policies.
Pricing, payment methods, and any applicable fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
Access to the course is automatically granted once payment has been confirmed by Thinkific.
9. Refund Policy
Students may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Refund requests must be submitted to contact@paidmediawithjane.com, and must include the student’s full name, purchase email address, and the reason for the request.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
All refund rights and procedures are governed by Brazilian law, as the company is legally headquartered in Brazil.
10. Subscription Renewals, Failed Payments, and Access Suspension
For subscription-based products or payment plans, the renewal and billing cycle are established at the moment of purchase.
If a renewal payment cannot be successfully processed:
– the student’s access will be automatically suspended;
– Thinkific Payments will retry the charge multiple times during a defined retry period;
– the student may restore access by updating payment information or manually retrying the payment.
Regularizing a late payment does not modify the original renewal date.
The subscription cycle continues to follow the date agreed upon at the time of purchase, regardless of delayed payments or temporary access suspension.
If payment is not captured after the retry period, the subscription or payment plan may be cancelled.
Student progress will remain saved and may be restored in the event of future re-enrollment.
11. User Responsibilities
The student agrees to:
– use the courses exclusively for personal and educational purposes;
– not copy, resell, or redistribute the content;
– refrain from any unlawful conduct within or outside the platform that could harm other users.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
Paid Media With Jane shall not be held responsible for:
– internet failures, interruptions, or device incompatibilities;
– expectations of financial or professional outcomes resulting from the application of course content;
– decisions made by students based on information presented in the courses.
All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only, without guarantees of specific performance or results.
13. Modifications to the Terms
Paid Media With Jane reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by publishing an updated version on this same page.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Code.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Court of the Capital District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
